Get in contactYou could join the community of researchers who are building the future treatments for neurological patients.
As medical staff and researchers you are actively involved in the care of patients and understand the practical needs of the sufferers who may have a wide variety of neurological conditions. Your experience can guide the priorities for educational and research programmes.
We invite staff in the various departments of the neurological sciences in hospitals within the West Midlands to put forward proposals for funding. These will be assessed by our medical advisers, who are hospital consultants and fellow trustees.
We focus on projects where the potential benefits lie in the areas of diagnosis and treatment, or those that have possibilities for basic research in rather more speculative but nevertheless related fields.
The Fund offers grants of the order of £5,000 - £10,000, to support small educational or research projects normally conducted by, or for the benefit of, trainee neurologists and neurosurgeons. Click the button below for the Grant application forms and guidance.

Or you can donate your time and energy. There have been a number of sponsorship events held in recent years to support the charity, raising both funding and awareness. Supporters have organised events such as golf days, and raised sponsorship for individual achievements such as marathons, bike rides and even a sponsored slim.
If you would like to raise your own event. Contact us here and we will be happy to help you and promote your plans. Alternatively we also have a JustGiving page where you can fundraise directly to the fund.
